Welcome to Sweet Home Saddlebreds! We are a small breeding farm located in the beautiful Mission Valley in Western Montana focused on producing strong gaited horses. Our primary bloodlines are derived from Sunset Commander, the horse you see to the right and in the image below. The principle stallion in our breeding operation, Golden Sword, is a grandson of Sunset Commander . Sword is a powerfully built stallion designed to pass on the ability to rack and trot with the speed and precision of old time stake horses.

The Stallions button will take you to a page where more information on Golden Sword and our other stallions can be found. Under the Mares button you can view our broodmare. The Farm button will give you a glimpse into day to day life around our place.
